Job Summary
We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with 2–4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for CI/CD pipeline management, Kubernetes orchestration, infrastructure monitoring, and automation of deployments. You will play a key role in optimizing infrastructure for cost efficiency, ensuring system reliability, and improving deployment workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.
• Deploy, manage, and scale containerized applications using Kubernetes.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployments.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack.
• Optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for cost efficiency and performance.
• Maintain and enhance Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or Ansible.
• Manage and optimize load balancing, networking, and security configurations.
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline deployment processes and improve system reliability.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of production environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues.

Requirements
Must-Have:

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Strong expertise in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes for container orchestration and management.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with a focus on cost optimization.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.
• Ability to automate workflows using Bash, Python, or Golang.
• Experience in load balancing, networking, and security best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have (Preferred):

• Experience with serverless architectures and microservices deployments.
• Knowledge of policy-as-code tools like OPA (Open Policy Agent).
• Familiarity with FinOps strategies for cost reduction in cloud infrastructure.
• Exposure to blue-green and canary deployments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
