Job Summary
We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with 2–4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for CI/CD pipeline management, Kubernetes orchestration, infrastructure monitoring, and automation of deployments. You will play a key role in optimizing infrastructure for cost efficiency, ensuring system reliability, and improving deployment workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.
- Deploy, manage, and scale containerized applications using Kubernetes.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployments.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for cost efficiency and performance.
- Maintain and enhance Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or Ansible.
- Manage and optimize load balancing, networking, and security configurations.
- Collaborate with development teams to streamline deployment processes and improve system reliability.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of production environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues.
Requirements
Must-Have:
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer.
- Strong expertise in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.
- Proficiency in Kubernetes for container orchestration and management.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with a focus on cost optimization.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.
- Ability to automate workflows using Bash, Python, or Golang.
- Experience in load balancing, networking, and security best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good to Have (Preferred):
- Experience with serverless architectures and microservices deployments.
- Knowledge of policy-as-code tools like OPA (Open Policy Agent).
- Familiarity with FinOps strategies for cost reduction in cloud infrastructure.
- Exposure to blue-green and canary deployments.
