Job Description:

As a DevOps Engineer at Whizhack, you will be responsible for developing, deploying, and

maintaining distributed microservices-based SaaS applications for hybrid cloud

environments. You will work closely with our development and operations teams to ensure

seamless integration and continuous delivery of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:

· Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using tools

such as Terraform or CloudFormation to provision and manage resources in hybrid

cloud environments.

· Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Implement and manage

CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, testing, and deployment of microservices and

applications.

· Containerization: Containerize applications using technologies like Docker and

orchestrate them using Kubernetes for scalability and resilience.

· Monitoring, Backup and Disaster Recovery: Develop and maintain backup and disaster

recovery plans to ensure data integrity and business continuity.

· Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for infrastructure

configurations, processes, and procedures.

Minimum Requirements :

· At least 3+ years of professional experience in cloud/DevOpsengineering.

· Proven hands on knowledge of cloud service providers (especially Azure),

infrastructure build, and configurations.

· Profound experience with Linux and Windows administration and scripting.

· Experience working with CI/CD pipeline and continuous testing tools.

· Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

· Expertise in one or more programming languages, including Python, Go, etc.

· Experience in automation scripting using languages like Terraform, Ansible Bash etc.

· Hands on experience in code version management using Git, Git bash on platforms

like Github, Gitlab etc.

· Ability to use Rest-API usage, command line interface and SDKs for writing

applications.

· Proficiency in security and compliance tools like IAM, KMS, Security Hub etc.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a

related field (or equivalent experience).

· Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role in a SaaS or cloud-based

environment.

· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

· Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.

· Certifications such as Azure/ AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Certified Kubernetes

Administrator (CKA) is desirable
