Overview
- Support and deploy mission-critical, customer-facing, frontend and back-end production SaaS environments
- Improve site performance, monitoring, and overall stability of the production environments
- Performance tuning, monitoring, maintaining faulttolerant/HA infrastructure Disaster recovery, design implementation and maintenance
- Interact with the Engineering for supporting/maintaining/designing non-production environments and continuous integration environments
- Automation of deployment, customization, upgrades and monitoring for Cloud-based and self-hosted environments
- Participate in long-term strategies and scalability efforts
- Build documentation of operating procedures and train junior team member
