Requirements
- SRE role - flexible to work 24/7 application support.
- Splunk - Creating a dashboard, configuring alerts, monitoring, and analyzing alerts.
- Experience with observability platforms such as Dynatrace - create dashboards, configure alerts, and analyze alerts.
- Hands-on experience in Jira, SQL, and Confluence.
- Hands-on experience in ticketing Tool - ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of ITIL methodology and practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing complex issues and root cause analysis.
- Requires hands-on in terms of governance, like handling Weekly and monthly status review calls for overall Service Delivery.
- This role requires providing 24/7 support for customer applications.
- AWS and Azure cloud.
- Git/ Kubernetes/ Docker/ Helm/ Terraform/ CI-CD/ DevOps.
- Splunk / SignalFX / Grafana / DataDog.
- SRE concept and have knowledge on SLA, SLI, SLO, Error Budget, Dashboard, and Alerts.
- ITSM/ ServiceNow/ Jira/ Confluence.
