We’re seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to help us optimize and scale our infrastructure, ensuring Dashna delivers the highest level of performance, reliability, and security to our clients.

About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our in-office team in Bangalore. The DevOps Engineer will play a critical role in building and maintaining robust infrastructure, automating processes, and collaborating closely with development teams to ensure seamless operations. You’ll have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge cloud technologies and drive impactful changes in a dynamic environment.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Build and maintain efficient CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and management.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Optimize AWS cloud infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Implement robust monitoring systems and analyze logs for troubleshooting.
• Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance with industry best practices.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance.
• Assess and assist in onboarding processes for new team members.
• Stay up to date with emerging DevOps tools and practices to enhance system operations.
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or related roles.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Docker.
• Expertise in managing AWS services (EC2, S3, CloudWatch, Load Balancers, VPC, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Experience with container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
• Skilled in Unix/Linux shell scripting and Python automation.
• Hands-on experience with version control systems, especially GitHub.
• Familiarity with centralized logging and monitoring platforms (Prometheus, ELK, Grafana).
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices for security and disaster recovery.
• Strong networking skills, including setting up IPsec VPN tunnels.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
