Project description

We are seeking a skilled DevOps/Automation QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (MSD) Modules, particularly Customer Insights (Journeys and Data) and Sales. A deep understanding of Sales and Marketing domains is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

Implement and manage DevOps and automation QA solutions using MS Azure and Power Platform to meet business requirements.

Develop and execute automated test scripts for projects involving MSD Modules, including Customer Insights (Journeys and Data) and Sales.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of DevOps and QA practices.

Provide technical support and guidance to development and operations teams.

Conduct regular reviews of systems, processes, and test results to ensure alignment with best practices and business goals.

Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in DevOps, automation QA, MS Azure, Power Platform, and related technologies

Skills

Must have

Hands-on experience with MSD Modules, specifically Customer Insights (Journeys and Data) and Sales.

Strong understanding of Sales and Marketing domains.

Proven experience in implementing DevOps and automation QA solutions using MS Azure and Power Platform.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Nice to have

Relevant certifications in DevOps, automation QA, MS Azure, and Power Platform.

Experience with other MSD Modules and related technologies.

Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
