Job Description
- Primary Skill(s): DevOps Engineer
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a DevOps role.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Kubernetes, GCP, and Azure Pipelines.
- Strong experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or OpenTofu.
- Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to work.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in Kubernetes, GCP, and Azure are a plus.
- Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, and manage scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems across GCP
- Kubernetes Management: Deploy, scale, and manage Kubernetes clusters, ensuring high availability, security, and optimal performance.
- CI/CD Pipelines: Create and maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines using Azure Pipelines.
- Automation: Develop automation scripts and workflows using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or OpenTofu.
- Monitoring and Observability: Implement monitoring and logging systems to track application and infrastructure performance, identify issues, and troubleshoot them.
- Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure provisioning, and enhance platform observability.
- Security: Ensure the security of the infrastructure and applications by implementing best practices and compliance standards.
- Preferred Qualification
- Experience with other cloud platforms like Azure.
- Familiarity with additional CI/CD tools such as TeamCity, Octopus Deploy or GitHub Actions.
- Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or Bash.
- Understanding of OOPs concepts in C# or Java
