Role Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Java Developer with a strong background in Spring Boot, Microservices, and Event-Driven Architecture to work on scalable, modern web applications. This position requires solid hands-on development experience, critical thinking, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment. Prior exposure to healthcare projects is a plus.

Roles And Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications and backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Implement and maintain event-driven systems using Kafka or similar technologies.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate APIs with UI frameworks such as React JS or Angular JS.
- Build and consume RESTful web services that meet performance, scalability, and reliability requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Apply best practices for software engineering, including DevOps and CI/CD where applicable.
- Contribute to system design and architecture planning to ensure high system reliability and scalability.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java web application development.
- Strong proficiency in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
- Solid experience with Kafka or other message brokers for event-driven development.
- Proficient in building and consuming RESTful web services.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks – preferably React JS or Angular JS.
- Experience working with relational databases such as MSSQL.
- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Exposure to NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and tools like Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
- Prior experience working in the Healthcare domain.
- Understanding of secure coding practices and data privacy considerations.
