Overview

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Designer & Front-End Developer who excels in both creative design and front-end development. The ideal candidate should have expertise in designing stunning visuals, coding in various frameworks, and creating themes based on modern web technologies. This role requires a deep understanding of design principles, responsive web development, and the ability to craft user-friendly interfaces across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop visually appealing, user-centric websites and web applications.
• Create and implement themes for various frameworks, ensuring they meet project requirements and client expectations.
• Write clean, maintainable code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with proficiency in front-end frameworks like Bootstrap, Foundation, or Tailwind CSS.
• Develop and customize themes and templates across platforms, including but not limited to WordPress, Laravel, or other CMS and frameworks.
• Build responsive and mobile-friendly designs that adapt seamlessly to different devices and screen sizes.
• Translate design mockups into fully functional front-end code, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation.
• Optimize websites for performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
• Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and dynamic content.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in design, front-end development, and frameworks to ensure innovative solutions.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand project goals and deliver on-time results.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Web Development, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Demonstrable experience in front-end design and development, with a strong portfolio showcasing both design and coding capabilities.
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, with experience in front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Figma.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles to create engaging and user-friendly interfaces.
• Hands-on experience with frameworks like Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Django is a plus.
• Familiarity with CSS pre-processors (SASS, LESS) and build tools like Webpack or Gulp.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in an agile environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of back-end programming languages like PHP or Python is a plus.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and frameworks (e.g., WooCommerce, Shopify).
• Familiarity with performance optimization tools and techniques.
• Ability to create interactive animations using libraries like GSAP or Framer Motion.

Pay: ?11,575.39 - ?30,000.08 per month
