Job Description

  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Proven experience in Power BI, system integration, and data transformation.
  • Strong proficiency in tools such as Excel, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, PowerApps/Power Automate, etc.
  • Knowledge of API testing and documentation.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in [Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field].
  • Demonstrated ability to define and track KPIs.
  • Familiarity with BSS/OSS systems and their application in the telecom domain.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant certifications in Quality Assurance, Power BI, System Architecture, or Project Management.

Skills Required

Primary

  • Tools Proficiency - Power-BI & Excel.
  • Platform proficiency – JIRA/ALM, Confluence, Sharepoint Site/Lists/Forms, etc.
  • Key performance indicators (KPI’s).
  • Knowledge of APIs, JSON, XML’s and Authentication methods.
  • Data analysis & identification of outliers & forecasting.
  • Strong Communication & Stakeholder management.
  • Process Improvement Methodologies & Quality Management
  • Clear & comprehensive documentation.

Secondary

  • Power Platform – PowerApps/Power Automate.
  • Telecom Domain (BSS/OSS).
  • Testing lifecycle & processes – Test Planning, Environment Readiness & Execution, Defect Management.
  • System Integration/User Acceptance Testing.
  • Project Management
  • Migration of apps/platform/services.
