Job Role

• Interface with Product Managers and Solution Architects to understand project requirements and deliver full-stack solutions across frontend and backend components.
• Develop, implement, and maintain Drupal-based applications, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate functional requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with overall project goals.
• Contribute to the development and optimization of database, leveraging MariaDB for efficient data management and retrieval.
• Lead the integration of APIs via API Gateway, ensuring secure and seamless communication between systems.
• Follow best practices and coding standards to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code across the development lifecycle.
• Take over the code handover of the existing product, becoming fully accountable for maintaining and enhancing the application, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business needs.
• Advocate for and adopt emerging technologies and tools to continuously improve the development process and application performance.

What we are looking for

• 5–7 years of full-stack development experience with a strong focus on PHP and Drupal-based content management systems (CMS).
• Hands-on experience managing and developing on large-scale Drupal applications, including custom module development, and API integrations.
• Expertise in database design, optimization, and management, particularly with MariaDB or other relational databases.
• Proven experience in integrating backend services and APIs using API Gateway, ensuring secure and efficient communication between systems.
• Proficient in modern development workflows, including version control (Git), continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
• Strong knowledge of web security best practices, privacy regulations, and compliance in CMS applications.
• Experience with troubleshooting and resolving issues within complex Drupal ecosystems, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operations.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and other project management and collaboration tools
