Overview
- Partners with Cisco IT and business teams to deliver integration and PVI requirements
- Coordinates with Splunk business and platform owners to identify partner source data stored across SFDC and other supporting platforms.
- Organizes workshops for system & data priorities(process automation, improvement, data migration, data cleansing)
- Works with Cisco Business and IT teams to transfer Splunk partner’s data to Cisco platforms
- Executes operational reports and works with cisco dashboard team to reconcile
- Coordinates cross functionally for additional integration items
- Collaborate with Cisco and Splunk enterprise teams to analyze, validate and resolve unauthorized data exposure
- Performs UAT and integration testing on PVI, dashboards and system/data integration
- Performs manual validations to support Cisco/Splunk sales teams and fixes data manually during automation journey
