Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI architectures that support high-impact applications in capital markets, including predictive analytics, algorithmic trading, risk management, and financial modelling.
• Drive end-to-end development of AI-driven solutions aimed at disrupting market standards, challenging conventional practices, and creating unparalleled customer experiences.
• Proven expertise in understanding and working with cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs), with practical experience in deploying and managing these models in live, production environments.
• Work closely with trading, quantitative research, engineering, and other teams to define requirements, identify opportunities, and deliver cutting-edge solutions.
• Ensure AI models are optimized for speed, accuracy, and scalability, maintaining high standards in real-time decision-making scenarios.
• Stay ahead of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and financial technologies. Identify opportunities to apply emerging technologies in a way that gives the company a competitive advantage.
• Implement and adhere to industry-standard risk management and compliance practices when developing AI systems, with a strong focus on ethical AI.
  
  

Qualifications

• Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in AI and machine learning.
• Proven expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, LLM and reinforcement learning.
• Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL; experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn.
• Good knowledge and understanding of financial instruments, trading algorithms, market micro structure, and economic indicators.
• Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Proven ability to identify complex business problems and develop data-driven, AI-powered solutions that drive business value.
• Inclination to understand capital markets, investment strategies, and financial market dynamics.
