Location: Hybrid (Bengaluru – Shanthala Nagar, Ashok Nagar) | 2 days a week

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist with a strong background in Predictive Modeling and Machine Learning to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Python, R, Jupyter Notebooks, and statistical techniques to drive insights and solutions in HR Analytics and Workforce Data Modeling. You will work with large datasets, apply data wrangling techniques, and develop data-driven visualizations to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms to drive HR and workforce analytics.
• Utilize Python and R for data analysis, modeling, and visualization.
• Work with Jupyter notebooks for data exploration and presentation.
• Perform statistical analysis, including probability and hypothesis testing, to generate actionable insights.
• Handle large datasets, apply data wrangling techniques, and ensure data quality.
• Develop data-driven visualizations to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand HR challenges and create data-driven solutions.
• Act as both an individual contributor and an effective team player in a dynamic work environment.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in predictive modeling and machine learning.
• Proficiency in Python and R for data analysis, modeling, and visualization.
• Strong hands-on experience with Jupyter notebooks for data exploration.
• In-depth understanding of statistics, probability, and hypothesis testing.
• Experience in working with large datasets and applying data wrangling techniques.
• Ability to create data-driven visualizations and present insights effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
