Overview

AI/ML or Data Scientist:

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and deploy scalable AI solutions using large, complex datasets

from various sources.

● Build and optimize AI agentic platforms capable of autonomous

decision-making.

● Leverage tools like LangChain and LangGraph to create innovative AI

frameworks and applications.

● Design, test, and refine AI models for performance, scalability, and

accuracy.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers,

developers, and product managers, to integrate AI solutions into

MarsDevs' products.

● Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and integrate them into

development strategies.

● Present insights and technical solutions to stakeholders in a clear and

actionable manner.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

● Strong experience in handling large datasets and designing data pipelines.

● Proven expertise in AI agentic platforms development.

● Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph.

● Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages.

● Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning

frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

● Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying AI

solutions.

● Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a

team.

Nice-to-Have:

● Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and conversational AI

models.

● Familiarity with distributed computing frameworks like Apache Spark or

Hadoop.

● Knowledge of MLOps and AI lifecycle management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
