Overview

Core Technical Requirements

● Strong Python proficiency with Pandas experience

● Minimum 2-3 years practical experience with data projects

● SQL expertise and modern database knowledge

● Version control systems (Git) proficiency

● Statistical methods expertise and practical application experience

● Machine learning concepts understanding, particularly in NLP

● Experience with API development and integration

● Azure cloud platform expertise (AWS/GCP knowledge is a plus)

● Data visualization tools (matplotlib, seaborn, or similar)

● Data pipeline development and ETL processes experience

Data Engineering & Analysis Skills

● Experience with data warehouse design and implementation

● Proficiency in building and maintaining data pipelines

● Knowledge of data modeling and schema design

● Experience with Azure Data Factory or similar ETL tools

● Familiarity with data lake architectures

● Strong data cleaning and preprocessing skills

● Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Databricks)

● Ability to optimize database queries and data processes

● Experience with real-time data processing

● Strong analytical skills with focus on data quality and validation

AI and Prompt Engineering Skills

● Experience with prompt engineering and LLM application development

● Understanding of best practices in prompt design and optimization

● Practical experience building applications with language models

● Knowledge of LLM evaluation and performance metrics

● Experience with AI model deployment and integration

● Understanding of LLM limitations and mitigation strategies

● Familiarity with responsible AI practices

Education and Experience

● Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field

● Minimum 2-3 years practical experience with data projects

● Evidence of continuous learning (certifications, online courses)

● Previous healthcare data experience is a plus

● Azure certifications are highly valued

Compliance

● Grasp data privacy and security principles

● Understanding of GDPR fundamentals and data protection principles

● Knowledge of handling sensitive personal data

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
