JOB TITLE -DATA SCIENTIST

3-6 years of experience in Data Science, focusing on retail pricing optimization. Strong expertise in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc.). Hands-on experience with AWS for data storage, computation, and deployment. Knowledge of pricing models, revenue management, and price elasticity techniques. Experience with A/B testing, causal inference, and revenue optimization models. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate remotely. Experience with Big Data tools (SQL, Spark, Databricks) is a plus.

1. Data Scientist Retail Pricing Optimization

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement pricing models to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Analyze large datasets to optimize pricing strategies.
• Utilize Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc.) for data processing, modeling, and machine learning.
• Work with AWS cloud services (S3, Lambda, Redshift, SageMaker) for data storage and computation.
• Apply price elasticity models, reinforcement learning, and Bayesian optimization to improve pricing efficiency.
• Collaborate with a distributed team based in Delhi and Kolkata.
• Ensure pricing models are robust, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

2. Data Scientist – Retail Demand Forecasting

Key Responsibilities

• Build time series forecasting models to predict sales trends and demand fluctuations.
• Analyze large datasets to improve forecast accuracy and inventory planning.
• Utilize Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc.) for data processing, modeling, and machine learning.
• Work with AWS cloud services (S3, Lambda, Redshift, SageMaker) for data storage and computation.
• Apply ARIMA, Prophet, LSTM, XGBoost, and GRUs to improve demand forecasting.
• Collaborate with a distributed team based in Delhi and Kolkata.
• Ensure forecasting models are robust, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

• Preferred Qualifications for Both Roles
• Experience with A/B testing, reinforcement learning, or Bayesian methods.
• Familiarity with retail analytics tools and frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
