About the Role:
We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our team and transform complex data into actionable insights. You will work with large datasets, build predictive models, and develop data-driven solutions to optimize business performance. The ideal candidate has a strong background in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization, with experience in working with real-world datasets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Modeling: Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze large datasets and uncover trends.
• Predictive Analytics: Develop models for forecasting, recommendation systems, and customer segmentation.
• Data Engineering: Work with structured and unstructured data, ensuring data quality and integrity.
• Business Insights: Translate data findings into actionable business strategies for product, marketing, and operations teams.
• Experimentation: Design and analyze A/B tests to optimize decision-making and user experiences.
• Collaboration: Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to define data-driven solutions.
• Visualization & Reporting: Present insights using dashboards, reports, and storytelling techniques to communicate findings effectively.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn, PyTorch).
• Data Tools: Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Statistical Knowledge: Strong foundation in probability, statistics, and hypothesis testing.
• Visualization: Experience with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib for data storytelling.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to break down complex business problems and create data-driven solutions.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
