Overview
We are looking for a talented Data Scientist to join our team.
You will be responsible for solving complex data problems and driving insights that help our clients make data-driven decisions. As a Data Scientist you will work with a team of data engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders to design, develop, and implement data models and algorithms. You should have a passion for discovering solutions hidden in large data sets and be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Analyze large sets of structured and unstructured data to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
Develop predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and advanced statistical techniques to solve business challenges.
Collaborate with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines and architectures.
Present findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
Continuously improve models by testing and validating new approaches.
Assist in building data-driven decision-making tools and dashboards for clients.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in data science, AI, and machine learning.
Ideal candidate will have following Background and Skills:
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
4+ years of experience working as a Data Scientist or similar role.
Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or SQL.
Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
Solid understanding of data manipulation, data wrangling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Tableau, Power BI).
Experience in deploying machine learning models and working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical techniques.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment, managing multiple projects and priorities.
A collaborative team player with experience working in cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to design and implement data models that drive business decisions.
