Job Description
- Design, train, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs, leveraging prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques.
- Work with frameworks and libraries like PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, Scikit-Learn, Pandas, and others to build scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Develop efficient data pipelines using big data technologies such as Spark or Hadoop.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and ethical AI practices throughout the development lifecycle.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize system performance and model accuracy.
- Document solutions, share knowledge, and mentor junior engineers.
