Data Engineer

Your Team Responsibilities

We are building modern era Lake house with data engineering pipelines for Structure and Unstructure Data .This Lakehouse is used by Our Marketing,Coverage and Finance team to generate Insights and KPI's. We are seeking an outstanding Data Engineer to join our Marketing Data Engineering Development team in the Pune/Mumbai . As part of a global team you will collaborate with our Data team to build efficient and scalable pipelines from Sources like Google Analytics,Twitter,Highspot and other Social Media Platforms and Saleforce. The Data Eggineering team supports the data delivery platform for building Power BI and Other reports in our EDWH Lakehouse.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Design New Pipelines to support Marketing Data Ingestion.
• Monitor and Support the Load Plans used to Ingest the various Sources.
• Closely collaborate with reporting team on design Data Models and Reports
• Good communication skill and flexible in technology adaption
  
  

Your Skills And Experience That Will Help You Excel

• 2-5 years of strong hands-on, building data Pipelines primarily in Azure Data Factory and Databricks
• Experience in Full stack development of Web Services/Application, Cloud and micro service from scratch including good exposure to database.
• Hands on cloud technologies – Google or Azure preferred.
• Knowledge of Python Scripting is an advantage
• Hands on experience with Azure Databricks, Spark, or similar framework.
• Experience in building batch/ETL/integration process on cloud preferred Google, Azure.
• Experience in developing and managing Microservices on cloud.
• DevOps, and well versed with security practices.
• Exposure and advocate of Open source software.
• Exposure to use of AI, LLM to solve business problems is added advantage.
• Experience In Designing solution using UML Experience in Relational Databases (SQL Server) OR any NoSQL databases.
• Source code control systems, especially Git.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience
