We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join our team in either Trivandrum or Kochi. As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining our data pipeline and architecture. You will work closely with data scientists, analysts, and other teams to ensure seamless data flow and support data-driven decision-making.

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join our team in either Trivandrum or Kochi. As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining our data pipeline and architecture. You will work closely with data scientists, analysts, and other teams to ensure seamless data flow and support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines to collect, process, and store data.
- Work with large, complex datasets to ensure data quality, accuracy, and reliability.
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements and provide data solutions.
- Optimize data storage and retrieval systems for performance and scalability.
- Develop and maintain ETL processes and frameworks.
- Ensure security and compliance with data governance standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues and errors.
- Document and communicate data architecture and data flow processes.
- Strong experience with data engineering tools such as Apache Spark, Apache Kafka, or Hadoop.
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Hands-on experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools (e.g., Apache NiFi, Talend, or custom scripts).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data storage solutions like Amazon S3, Redshift, or BigQuery.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and architecture.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
- Understanding of data modeling, data integration, and database optimization.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of machine learning and AI concepts for working with data pipelines that support data science workloads.
- Familiarity with data orchestration tools like Airflow, Luigi, or Prefect.
- Experience with business intelligence (BI) tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Exposure to working with streaming data and real-time processing systems.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
