About the Role

In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping the future of our data infrastructure, collaborating closely with the Product team to deliver actionable insights and drive data-driven decision-making. In this impactful role, you'll work alongside a talented team to design, develop, and scale a modern, data-driven analytics platform.

Work Responsibilities

• Translate Requirements into Actionable Solutions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform both functional and technical requirements into clear, executable design specifications for the data platform.
• Build Scalable Data Solutions: Architect, develop, test, deploy, and maintain a high-performance, scalable data infrastructure that supports advanced analytics and business insights.
• Innovate and Evolve: Play a key role in shaping the analytics roadmap, driving the conception, implementation, and continuous iteration of data-driven projects.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Product Managers, DevOps Engineers, and fellow Data Engineers to design and implement solutions in an agile, collaborative environment.
• Solve Complex Problems Creatively: Approach data challenges with curiosity, flexibility, and a passion for continuous learning, always striving to improve processes and solutions.

Skills, Experience & Expertise

• 
  Ability to work with large data sets and proficiency in SQL or similar query languages
• Strong experience with analytics tools and data visualization platforms
• Good communication skills to convey insights and recommendations effectively
• A proactive, self-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience of working in a matrixed environment

Eligibility

• Strong experience with R for statistical analysis and SQL for complex querying, data manipulation, and transformation.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field .
• Experience with Data-Driven Solutions: Proven track record of delivering data engineering solutions, including designing, building, and optimizing data pipelines or platforms to support data-driven products and analytics.
• Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Expertise in building hypotheses and solving complex data challenges. Comfortable working with large datasets, performing independent analysis, and deriving actionable insights.
