Data/Business Analyst

Overview

Key Responsibilities:

● Analyze large volumes of real-time operational data to derive meaningful insights for

business decision-making.

● Build data models to analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity,

utilization, and fill rates. Prepare targets based on scheduling, demand, and forecast

analysis at the unit level with micro-level details.

● Provide day-level analysis of various KPIs at city and client levels, tracking plan vs. actual

performance daily, identifying variance root causes, and offering recommendations.

● Develop quick dashboards based on ad hoc requirements using Google Sheets, Power BI,

or Tableau

● Prepare monthly operating plans in collaboration with city heads.

● Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve business processes through

data-driven insights.

● Support the development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and corporate decks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● 6+ years of experience in Operational Analytics within logistics or a related industry.

● Strong expertise in data analytics, data modeling, and real-time data analysis.

● Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Macros, VBA, Power BI, and Tableau with hands-on

experience.

● Ability to process and analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights.

● Experience in AOP planning and business forecasting.

● Understand the day to day business problem, analyse the problem/issues through data.

Get hands dirty get into the detail and come up with the detailed analysis and variance

● Strong communication skills to present insights effectively to stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Rotational shift
• Weekend availability
