- Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Develop dashboards and reports for real-time monitoring of manufacturing process performance.
- Implement predictive analytics for improving efficiencies, quality control and defect detection.
- Utilize statistical models and machine learning to improve demand forecasting.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through ETL processes and database management.
- Optimize tire testing and performance analysis using advanced analytics techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Plant team) to enhance supply chain and inventory management.
- Support sustainability initiatives by analyzing energy consumption and waste reduction data.
- Communicate insights to stakeholders through data visualization and storytelling.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in manufacturing analytics.
