What You Bring

• Education: Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 10 years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, or related roles.
  
  

Technical Expertise

• Strong experience in Data Warehousing (DWH) design, Data Modeling (OLTP & OLAP), and ETL processes.
• Expertise in Big Data technologies across Cloud & On-Premise environments (Cloudera, Hortonworks, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar stacks).
• Hands-on experience with ETL development, data integration, and storage optimization.
• Experience in designing and managing enterprise-wide DWH platforms.
• Strong understanding of SQL, NoSQL databases, and data lake architectures.
• Proficiency in Big Data tools such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, and distributed computing frameworks.
• Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and security best practices.
• Experience with cloud-based data solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Familiarity with BI & Analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar).
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps for data, and version control (Git, Azure DevOps, etc.).
  
  

Desirable Skills

• Experience in Core Banking or Financial Services (preferred, but not mandatory).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of real-time data processing and streaming technologies.
• Familiarity with Machine Learning workflows and AI-driven data strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to translate business needs into scalable data solutions.

As our Data Architect, you will:

• Design and implement enterprise-wide data architecture strategies.
• Define and enforce data standards, governance, and security policies.
• Develop and optimize data models for transactional and analytical processing.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of large-scale DWH platforms.
• Architect Big Data solutions for high-volume, high-velocity data processing.
• Oversee data storage, ETL pipelines, and integration of multiple data sources into a unified ecosystem.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging data technologies to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
