We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Business Analyst

In this role, you will:

• Candidate Must have Hands on Experience in RDBMS in any one of the SQL databases like Teradata/ MS SQL Server/ Oracle/IBM DB2/ Cloud Data bases along with Data Lineage, Data
• integrity and Data Analysis skills.
• Candidate Must come from DatawareHouse background and must be working as/coordinate with Product owner in Agile Methodology.
• Gathering and Prepare Business requirements by interacting with multiple upstream/downstream stakeholders and articulate to technical specs.
• Plan and document the requirements along with Business signoffs with in SLA’s and Exposure to confluence tool is added advantage.
• Analyze ,Estimate and Model the requirements under scrum frame work and run Project through sprint releases in Agile management tools like JIRA.
• Perform gap/Impact analysis.
• Create high level design and document ETL data mappings, data dictionaries, processes, programs and solutions as per established standards for data governance.
• Must have capability in Creation of Functional and Technical Scenarios for System Integration testing required for the project.
• Coordinating with build, testing and business teams for end to end implementation of project.
• Coordinating with business teams to get sign-off for production deployment

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or International Equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills preferred
• Good knowledge and Hands on experience in Teradata /MS SQL/Oracle/DB2/Cloud data bases.
• Candidate having certifications on CSPO/CSM/SAFE 5.1/PMP/PGMP - (Any combination).
• Experience in Financial domain (Banking) but not mandatory.
• Self-motivated, focused, detailed oriented and able to work efficiently to deadlines are essential
• Ability to work with a degree of autonomy while also being able to work in a collaborative team environment
• Hands-on experience applying modelling techniques to actual business solutions
• Understanding and Experience on Unix/Linux system, file systems, shell scripting
• Good knowledge of scheduling tools such as Control- M
