About The Role:

At WALR, the Data Analyst is expected to deliver projects according to client specifications within the agreed timelines and according to quality standards. The ideal candidate is an organized and detail-orientated individual who can comfortably manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines and tackle challenges with a positive, can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on advanced analytics: Driver analysis, Gabor granger, Van Westendorp (PSM), Segmentation, MaxDiff, Conjoint.
• Discuss with internal and external clients and propose models which can best suit them to meet their research purpose.
• Analyze and tabulate market research data by using Walr data tools, also deliver additional analysis requested by our clients.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to deliver projects that meet client requirements, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Being consultative: proactively suggesting improvements to the survey design, flow and suggesting alternative approaches to tackle various challenges.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality work through thorough testing and validation.
• Act as a strong team collaborator, assisting colleagues when required.
• Support and guide junior team members through training and mentorship.

Desired Experience:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Market Research Operations and/or Marketing Science.
• 0 - 1 year Experience in Cross Tabulation.
• Good knowledge in different kind of tables and weighting is added advantage.
• Very good technical skills: Python, R, SPSS, Advanced Excel.
• Ability to perform data validations and data manipulations.

• Consultative approach with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to commit to occasional extended work hours to meet critical goals.
• Attention to detail with a precise and methodical approach to coding and documentation.
• Eagerness to continuously learn and adopt new technologies and frameworks.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to balance technical expertise and emotional intelligence, motivate peers, and accept constructive feedback.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
