Data Analyst (Procurement) Internship in Mohali

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Create and maintain a database for the qualifying prospective procure-to-pay vendors
• Create procure to pay by creating item and vendor master documents and by deploying the vendor performance matrix for key vendors
• Ensure compliance with procurement standard operating procedures, policies, and regulations
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with procurement activities
• Provide IT support to the project by having the right conversations with the internal IT team and prospective procure-to-pay vendors
• Use software tools and systems to manage procurement processes, such as e-procurement
• Analyze the pros and cons of using Tally vis a vis P2P software from vendors with existing vendors in the system and some new prospects
