Data Analyst ( Power Automate )

Overview

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst (Power Automate) to join our team in Ahmedabad. This role focuses on building and optimizing automation workflows using Power Automate and related RPA tools. The ideal candidate will bring experience in data validation, VBA automation, and strong programming capabilities to enhance operational efficiency and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate
• Automate tasks and processes using VBA scripting and RPA techniques
• Write complex expressions and configure triggers, conditions, and error handling within flows
• Conduct data validation to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define automation requirements
• Monitor and troubleshoot existing flows and suggest performance improvements
• Maintain documentation for automation logic and workflows

Must-Have Skills:

• Hands-on experience with automation using VBA
• Proficiency in Power Automate (Microsoft Flow) and RPA tools
• Strong understanding of expression writing, flow triggers, and conditional logic
• Competent in error handling and exception management in workflows
• Proven experience in data validation and transformation
• Solid programming skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar)
• Understanding of Data Engineering (DE) principles

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in Power Platform integration (e.g., Power BI, Power Apps)
• Knowledge of custom connectors and Child Flows
• Familiarity with Power Apps development and UI design
• Exposure to Microsoft Dataverse and related tools

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹800,000.00 per year
