Role Overview:

As a Data Analyst, you will leverage your MS Excel expertise to analyze healthcare data, generate actionable reports, and support strategic decision-making. Your role will be crucial in streamlining processes, ensuring data accuracy, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our healthcare BPO operations.

Responsibilities:

* Data Analysis & Reporting: Process, analyze, and interpret healthcare data to provide valuable insights for business operations.

* MS Excel Expertise: Utilize advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.) to generate reports and automate processes.

* Operational Support: Assist in optimizing workflows, improving data accuracy, and maintaining compliance with healthcare standards.

* Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support recruitment, marketing, and healthcare service operations.

* Quality Assurance: Ensure data integrity, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective measures to maintain high-quality reporting.

Requirements:

* 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or related roles.

* Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced functions, data visualization, automation, etc.).

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent English communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders effectively.

* Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

* Willing to work from our office in Elippode, Trivandrum.
