Overview

MIS (Management Information System) Responsibilities:

 Collect, analysed, and manage data from multiple sources.

 Ensure that data is accurate, consistent, and reliable throughout its

lifecycle, which is critical for making valid and trustworthy decisions

 Create and maintain processes to generate accurate and timely reports

that help stakeholders understand and act on key data insights

 Generate reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to support business decisions.

 Maintain, automate and update databases, dashboards using Excel,

Power BI, or relevant software.

 Identify trends and insights through data analysis.

 Coordinate with all the labs to ensure data accuracy.

 Follow up with patients for renewal of gametes/Embryos.

 Provide feedback to the lab director on patient’s insights.

 Assist with onboarding of candidate for training person

 Maintain record, arrangement and travel logs of the operational

movements of lab team.

 Assist Lab director for all the task in ensuring smooth functioning of the

embryology department.

Required Qualification & Skills:

 Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Life Sciences, or a related

field.

 Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).

 Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to analysed and interpret data.

 Strong organizational and time-management skills.

 Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

 Familiarity with research environments or lab administration is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
