Overview
MIS (Management Information System) Responsibilities:
· Collect, analysed, and manage data from multiple sources.
· Ensure that data is accurate, consistent, and reliable throughout its lifecycle, which is critical for making valid and trustworthy decisions
· Create and maintain processes to generate accurate and timely reports that help stakeholders understand and act on key data insights
· Generate reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to support business decisions.
· Maintain, automate and update databases, dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or relevant software.
· Identify trends and insights through data analysis.
· Coordinate with all the labs to ensure data accuracy.
· Follow up with patients for renewal of gametes/Embryos.
· Provide feedback to the lab director on patient’s insights.
· Assist with onboarding of candidate for training person
· Maintain record, arrangement and travel logs of the operational movements of lab team.
· Assist Lab director for all the task in ensuring smooth functioning of the embryology department.
Required Qualification & Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
· Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
· Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to analysed and interpret data.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
· Familiarity with research environments or lab administration is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
