We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on data research, analysis, and reporting to support decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate is passionate about uncovering insights, thrives on solving complex problems, and has a knack for presenting findings in a clear and actionable manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct data research to gather and analyze information from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver tailored insights.
• Support market research initiatives by analyzing industry trends and competitor data.
• Clean, organize, and maintain large datasets to ensure data integrity and usability.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
