Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst Intern to support our team in transforming data into actionable insights. This internship will provide an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and problem-solving within a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis and Insights: Assist in extracting, cleaning, and analyzing datasets to uncover meaningful trends and patterns.
• Business Impact: Help identify potential data-driven opportunities that can impact business performance, such as improving operational efficiency or identifying cost-saving areas.
• Data Visualization: Support in creating basic dashboards and reports using BI tools like Zoho Analytics, Looker Studio, or Tableau to present findings effectively.
• Learning and Development: Gain exposure to predictive modeling, exploratory data analysis, and advanced analytics techniques under the guidance of senior team members.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members across various departments to understand data needs and assist in providing solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of regular reports to track project outcomes and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Expertise: Familiarity with Python, including libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib. Knowledge of data visualization tools (Zoho Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau) is a plus.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to think critically, analyze datasets, and extract actionable insights. A keen interest in solving real-world business problems.
• Problem-Solving: Willingness to learn problem-solving techniques and apply them to assist in business-driven projects.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey findings and insights.
• Learning Agility: A proactive attitude toward learning new tools, technologies, and data analysis techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

• Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master’s degree program in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Knowledge of basic machine learning concepts and data modeling is a plus.
