Data Analyst Intern

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Data Analyst Intern to assist in organizing and analyzing unstructured data. The role involves entering data from physical formats into structured Excel sheets and performing basic data analysis to generate meaningful insights.

This internship is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, proficient in Excel, and interested in developing their analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry & Organization:

• Accurately enter unorganized data into structured Excel sheets.

• Verify and correct errors in data to ensure accuracy.

• Maintain proper formatting and categorization of data for ease of use.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Analyze the structured data to identify trends and patterns.

• Use Excel functions (filters, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) to process and analyze data.

• Generate reports and summaries based on data insights.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Coordinate with different teams to gather and clarify data requirements.

• Provide regular updates on progress and findings.

• Suggest improvements for data collection and organization processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Must-Have:

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (sorting, filtering, pivot tables, formulas).

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Good to Have:

• Understanding of basic data analysis concepts.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Excel charts, Google Sheets charts, etc.).

• Prior experience with data entry or data analysis projects (even academic)

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

• Katara Hills, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh (Preferred)
