Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Data & Business Intelligence Analyst to join one of the most fast-paced and exciting teams at Tekion. We are redefining and redesigning the automotive datascape with state-of-the-art data models and business intelligence tools.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in modeling data, designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions tailored for the automotive sector. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into powerful dashboards that optimize customer efficiency and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and reports using tools like ThoughtSpot (preferred), PowerBI, Lookr, Tableu.
• Model and structure data to enable scalable and efficient analytics solutions.
• Understand ETL pipelines data integration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and provide data-driven insights.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across BI solutions.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support business decision-making.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• 3–6 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
• Proven experience in BI dashboard development and data visualization.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and data querying techniques.
• Experience in the automotive industry or familiarity with automotive datasets is a plus.
