Responsibilities:
Attribution and Market Knowledge
Identify products and assign the associated attributions across a range of industries for defined attributes
Have an established hierarchy/attribution expertise, and continually develop this, to ensure correct assignment of products within the hierarchy classification
Develop strong relationships across teams India Regional Operations Centre (ROC) to provide support and insight
Liaising through the manager or trainer with other Operations teams onshore to maintain specific client rules and to ensure all products are coded on to the system correctly to their standards
Answering queries from other India ROC teams related to coding rules/coding databases/new products or general product knowledge
Be responsible for the quality of the output, checking and reviewing all attributions have inputted into the system correctly and on time, to the defined quality standards
Actively update documentation where changes are made to ensure ongoing coding is correct and knowledge shared across the team
Reworks / Ticket Resolution
Deliver data reworks on time and to a high level of accuracy
Resolve Tickets efficiently and in line with guidelines
Work in collaboration with the Client Delivery teams to assess client need, build, and provide input into the specification and perform the requested changes according to the required timelines.
System Expertise
Confidently uses the capabilities within all the available coding systems to code and check outputs
Proactively uses all elements of the systems effectively to drive quality standards and advises manager on developments in systems which would benefit driving these
Embraces learning new systems and systems capabilities to deliver role requirements
Operations and Client Relationships
Proactively seek to understand wider operations processes and journey of data
Employ communications including emails, telephone calls and face-to-face meetings with appropriately professional tone with client service and operations colleagues
Provide direct support to colleagues across the Operations and Commercial teams, responding to client queries and requests, offering expert advice, and effectively communicate the recommended solutions.

Provide support to the Coding Specialists with coding and technical queries – acting as a first point of advice
Provide training to the Coding Specialists and be involved in onboarding new members as well as developing those already within the team

Internship dates: June 9th to August 8th, 2025
Experience working in a previous Coding role is desirable
Professional proficiency in English.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
FP II or CFG Higher administrative or computer science or minimum experience of 2 years in a similar position.
High knowledge of office automation, especially in Excel at the level of formulas and pivot tables and PowerBI.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key onshore stakeholders.
Have experience of coaching and training coding team members
Have experience of managing and running coding processes E’g - Xmas Gift Pack Coding / Week 1 Scheduling
