We are looking to hire a Data Analyst (B2B & B2C Focus) to be a key part of our rapidly growing team.

REQUIREMENTS:

▪ Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst, preferably in both B2B and B2C environments.
▪ Minimum Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• ▪ Job-Specific Skills:
• Expertise in data analytics tools (SQL, Python, R, Excel, Google Analytics).

• Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Experience in revenue optimization, cost reduction, and profitability analysis.
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation, sales forecasting, and demand planning.
• Ability to create actionable insights and communicate them to non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the perfume, beauty, or luxury goods industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.JOB OBJECTIVE:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst/Business Analyst to help drive revenue optimization and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data analysis and experience working in both B2B and B2C environments. In this role, you will analyze sales and customer data, identify growth opportunities, recommend cost-saving strategies, and help improve marketing performance. You will also be responsible for building real-time dashboards and collaborating with various teams to implement data-driven strategies.
