Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Data Analyst/BI Developer. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL, Power BI, SQL Server, Cosmos DB, and Python to drive data-driven decision-making, create insightful dashboards, and manage data systems. This role offers an opportunity to work on exciting projects that harness the power of data to solve business challenges.

Responsibilities

* Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide insights into key performance metrics.

* Translate business requirements into meaningful visualizations and analyses.

* Design, implement, and maintain SQL Server databases to ensure optimal performance and scalability.

* Work with Cosmos DB to handle NoSQL database solutions, ensuring efficient data retrieval and storage.

* Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data across multiple systems.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and process data transformation requirements.

* Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security by implementing robust processes and standards.

* Perform regular data validation and troubleshooting.

* Understand stakeholders data needs and deliver actionable insights.

* Present data findings and technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner to non-technical audiences.

* Utilize Python to automate data processing tasks and build scripts for data analysis.

* Develop and deploy machine learning models (if applicable) to enhance analytical capabilities.

Qualifications

* Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and data analysis.

* Hands-on experience with Power BI for creating dashboards and visual reports.

* In-depth knowledge of SQL Server for database development and maintenance.

* Familiarity with Cosmos DB or similar NoSQL databases.

* Proficiency in Python for scripting and data analysis.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Skills

* Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) for data integration and pipeline orchestration.

* Knowledge of Azure Data Explorer (ADX) and KQL (Kusto Query Language).

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹253,562.80 - ₹1,344,910.74 per year
