Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to transform raw data into valuable business insights.The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience working with marketing and sales data to drive strategic decision-making across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1)Collect, Clean, and analyze complex datasets from multiple sources.

2)Create and maintain dashboards to monitor key business metrics.

3)Identify trends and patterns to help optimize business processes.

4)Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to analyze campaign performance.

5)Generate regular reports for stakeholders and leadership.

6)Provide data-driven recommendations to improve business outcomes.

Big Plus:

1)Experience in Marketing or Sales Analytics.

2)Knowledge of CRM Systems (Salesforce, Hubspot, Etc)

3)Background in customer segmentation and journey analysis.

4)Experience in attribution modelling and campaign optimization.

5)Understanding of sales funnel metrics and conversation analysis.

6) Familiarity with e-commerce data and customer behavior analysis.
