Engineering Industries eXcellence India is seeking a full-time, 100% remote Data Analyst with 12+ years of experience to join our growing team in India. This individual will be responsible for:
Data Collection and Analysis
- Extract, clean, and analyze data from SAP, Salesforce, and other systems to provide actionable insights.
- Identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support business outcomes.
- Design and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports using Power BI for decision-making.
- Ensure reports meet the needs of various departments like finance, sales, and operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Develop workflows and apps using Power Apps to improve operational efficiency.
- Build and manage data models and pipelines to integrate data from SAP, Salesforce, and other sources.
- Ensure data quality and accuracy through robust validation processes.
- Train end-users on Power BI dashboards and Power Apps.
- Create and maintain documentation for data models, workflows, and analytics processes.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic initiatives.
- Leverage BI tools to enhance digital transformation efforts.
Education and Certifications:
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Power Platform Solution Architect Expert) are a plus.
- Expertise in Power BI, SAP, Salesforce, and Power Apps.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling concepts.
- Development experience in Node.js and VBS (preferred).
- Proficiency in Excel file manipulation for data transformation.
- Familiarity with APIs and system integration.
- Nice to have: Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices.
- Experience with predictive analytics or machine learning.
- Understanding of professional services operations.
