We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in database management, ETL processes, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in database management, ETL processes, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and analyze complex datasets using relational database systems
- Perform ETL processes to ensure data integrity and accessibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Maintain version control of data-related projects and documentation
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data quality and efficiency
- Minimum 2 year of experience as a Data Analyst in a corporate environment
- Proficiency in relational database systems (MS SQL Server preferred, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Experience with data modeling techniques and ability to read ERD diagrams
- At least basic knowledge of one of the following: Python, R, Java, JavaScript, (VBAScript)
- Basic experience with ETL processes
- Working knowledge of Git or other version control systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Proven ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment
- Understanding of data warehouse concepts and architectures
- Knowledge of ETL tools (e.g., Talend, Informatica)
- Experience creating charts and graphs in MS Excel or MS PowerPoint
- Familiarity with BI reporting / visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field
