About the Team: 

Our Revenue Operations team empowers sales and customer-facing teams with the tools, processes, data, and insights needed to drive revenue growth and maximize customer satisfaction. With a focus on optimizing sales operations, streamlining workflows, and enhancing communication, we ensure seamless execution and improve both internal and client-facing interactions. By providing actionable data and supporting efficient client operations, we guarantee a unified approach to delivering exceptional value and client experiences. 

About the Role:

As the Data Analyst, you will play a vital role within the iQmetrix Revenue Operations team, empowering data-driven decision-making and fueling sustainable growth for the company. You will be responsible for analyzing key performance indicators, identifying trends, and generating actionable insights to support teams across the organization in achieving revenue targets and enhancing operational efficiency. Additionally, you may be required to assist with larger organizational reporting initiatives as needed. 

This role may be a great fit for you if you have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify trends, draw insights from data, and recommend data-backed solutions!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Analyze key revenue metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, expansion) to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to communicate data insights to stakeholders
• Ensure data integrity by maintaining accuracy, consistency, and reliability across systems
• Identify and implement process improvements to address operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer success, and finance teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies
• Support organizational reporting initiatives, providing data analysis to inform strategic decisions
• Read and write API data and building reports in Power BI and Salesforce. 
  
  

What We’re Looking For:  

• 7-10 years of experience in a data analysis role, with a strong understanding of data analysis techniques and methodologies
• Proven technical ability to read APIs and write Power BI and Salesforce reports
• Familiarity with revenue operations concepts, key metrics, and processes
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI and Salesforce
• Experience in the telecom or retail industry, with an understanding of retail management systems.
