Data Analyst

Overview

Role & Responsibility:

• Maintain and update datasets regularly to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) to analyze and organize data.
• Develop clear and creative presentations in PowerPoint, translating complex data into easy-to-understand visuals and reports.
• Ensure consistent and accurate data maintenance, addressing discrepancies or errors as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning, etc.).
• Strong skills in PowerPoint for creating clear and visually engaging presentations.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accurate data maintenance.
• Creative thinking and the ability to present data in a visually appealing and understandable way.
• Good communication skills to convey insights effectively.
• Strong organizational skills to manage and maintain multiple datasets.
• Experience with database management.
