Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Go-to-Market Data Analyst with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in SQL, Snowflake, Excel, and Tableau to analyze large datasets and provide actionable insights that drive our go-to-market strategies. This person will work collaboratively, in-person with sales, marketing and product leadership and is critical in supporting those teams to optimize performance and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret large datasets to support go-to-market strategies and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau to track key performance indicators and market trends
- Use SQL and Snowflake to perform data extraction, transformation, and analysis to support business decisions.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product leadership teams in-person to understand data needs and provide insights to enhance performance.
- Translate complex data analyses into clear and actionable business insights and recommendations.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic planning.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through regular validation and troubleshooting of data issues.
Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a go-to-market or business analytics role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, Excel, and Tableau.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to work with large datasets and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in go-to-market strategies or sales/marketing analytics.
- Familiarity with customer segmentation and market analysis techniques.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
