Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources to ensure accurate and reliable information.
• Perform data analysis using advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation, and conditional formatting.
• Create and maintain dynamic reports and dashboards to present key insights to stakeholders.
• Analyze trends, patterns, and data to provide actionable insights and support business strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
• Develop and automate Excel-based tools to streamline reporting processes and improve efficiency.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data audits.
• Assist in the development of predictive models and forecasting tools using Excel and other analytical tools.
• Prepare and present findings in a clear and concise manner, tailored to the audience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros, and data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and provide meaningful insights.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and ensure data integrity.
• Strong communication skills to present findings clearly and effectively.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Experience with SQL or other data manipulation tools is a bonus.

• Bachelor’s degree
