Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Data Analyst / Market Research Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for MBA graduates (freshers and experienced) who are passionate about data analysis, statistics, and market research. You will work on real-world data, develop business insights, and support strategic decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market research, data collection, and analysis.
• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify business trends and insights.
• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and case studies to communicate findings effectively.
• Develop and work on statistical models, forecasting, and business planning.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support data-driven strategies and decisions.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitive landscape, and industry data.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• MBA graduates (Freshers & Experienced).
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and research skills.
• Excellent writing, reporting, and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, SQL, Power BI, or other analytical tools (Preferred).
• Ability to handle large datasets, extract insights, and present them clearly.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
