Job Title: Data Analyst

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst with 5+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in performing statistical analysis reports, creating dashboards, and coaching/mentoring others. This role requires proficiency in Tableau, Python, SQL, and data mining/data science skills. Additionally, experience with MS PowerPoint and Excel at an intermediate or advanced level is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Perform statistical analysis and generate reports to support business decisions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for data visualization and reporting.
• Utilize data mining techniques to extract insights and trends.
• Work with large datasets to analyze and interpret data patterns.
• Coach and mentor team members on data analysis and visualization best practices.
• Present findings and insights through PowerPoint presentations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data-driven strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in statistical analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Python, and SQL with a strong understanding of data mining and data science principles.
• Demonstrated ability to create and maintain dashboards for visualization.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively.
• Experience in delivering PowerPoint presentations.
