We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst with strong proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of data analysis techniques and the ability to transform complex data sets into actionable insights. This role requires expertise in Excel functions, including pivot tables, macros, and data visualization.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Collection & Analysis:
• Collect, organize, and analyze large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Use advanced Excel techniques, such as VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and pivot tables, to manipulate and analyze data effectively.
• Reporting & Visualization:
• Create detailed reports and dashboards using Excel to present data findings to management.
• Develop macros to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency in data processing.
• Data Management:
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by regularly auditing and cleaning data sets.
• Maintain and update databases to support ongoing analysis and reporting needs.
• Process Improvement:
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements based on data analysis.
• Develop and implement new methods to optimize data analysis and reporting procedures.
• Training & Support:
• Provide training and support to team members on advanced Excel functions and best practices.
• Assist in troubleshooting data-related issues and provide solutions to improve data handling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis with a strong focus on using Microsoft Excel.
• Expertise in advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and macros.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
